ArtWorks: A Visual Arts Coalition

We are a non-profit organization of artists, patrons and supporters dedicated to creating a sustainable art community in the Bowling Green, Kentucky area by increasing visibility, vitality and economic growth for the visual arts.

ArtWorks is committed to empowering visual artists through exhibition, educational, and professional opportunities. Through this empowerment we will strive to become the voice of leadership for the visual arts in south central Kentucky.

Exhibitions:

-- Eight members are exhibiting artwork at the PTK Phoenix Gallery.  Delaire Rowe, Nadine Wilkerson, Laura Bain-Selbo, Nancy Blacketer, Peg Truman, Lynette Haggbloom, Janet Armstrong, and Gayle Novick have work on display through February 12 during the play “Our Town.”  To make reservations call 270-781-6233.  The next exhibition opportunity to exhibit artwork will be during the play “A Little Princess” February 23 – March 11.  For a prospectus email us.

The 5th Annual Members-Only Exhibition will be held in the Houchens Gallery at The Capitol Arts Alliance on the square in Bowling Green May 11 – June 5.  A prospectus will be mailed soon.
